Smoke and Fire Damage
Textiles that are damaged in a fire require specialized processing to restore them back to their pre-loss condition. TRE will guarantee the removal of smoke odor, stains and other damage related to the smoke and fire damage. With all claims should we not be able to restore any item to its pre-loss condition there is no charge.
With all fire and smoke claims we perform on site damage assessment, evaluate each item’s ability to be restored, perform odor elimination, removal of smoke residue and soot, and provide long term storage.
Water and Mold Damage
TRE knows the potential danger with items contaminated with mold. Therefore we adhere to the following protocol to ensure the best possible results.

The experts: All of our restoration personnel use protective equipment and are train in all techniques of handling mold contaminated items
